Chart: restore time across three storage backends

▶ 1:45 recording in progress

$ cat guide.md

  1. Every bar on the chart is a measured run; the raw CSV and the script are linked in the description.
  2. Method is stated on screen: dataset size, network, cache state, number of runs, what is plotted (median, p95).
  3. Rendered mode, because the value is the comparison, not watching fifteen progress bars.
  4. Charts follow the brand palette and are re-rendered automatically when the CSV changes.

$ cat troubleshooting.log — what failed before the verified run

✖ attempt 1 One NFS run finished 40% faster than the others.
→ fix Page cache was warm from the previous run. Dropped caches between runs; the outlier disappeared and the run was repeated.
[00:00] operator 15 restores scripted, timings to csv
[00:20] retry run 3 on nfs discarded — cache warm, re-run cold
[00:55] operator median + p95 per backend charted
