Chart: restore time across three storage backends

- Every bar on the chart is a measured run; the raw CSV and the script are linked in the description.
- Method is stated on screen: dataset size, network, cache state, number of runs, what is plotted (median, p95).
- Rendered mode, because the value is the comparison, not watching fifteen progress bars.
- Charts follow the brand palette and are re-rendered automatically when the CSV changes.
